Hotties of the Week - A Very Good Night
I realized at about 10:15 last night that this is once again my month for handling the hotties. Not that I ever really abstain from handling the hotties, but you know what I mean.
Since I’ve been driving for two days, the brain cells had all checked out by that time so I decided to just post the men I spent my Saturday night with.
It was a very, very good night.

Lord, I forgot the guard had changed too! I'm going to have to write in my appointment book. I know I'm going to forget to post hotties next month. Geez.
Excellent picks though. A sharp dressed Regency man is always easy on the eyes...and I can't get enough of Josh Lucas either. "You've turned into some hoity-toity Yankee bitch, and I'd like nothing better than to piss you off!"
And McDreamy was adorable in Enchanted.
I'm a Colin Firth woman all the way myself, but a scruffy McDreamy definitely makes my heart beat faster--and sparks my imagination with story ideas for him as hero. If he'd looked like that in Sweet Home Alabama, he might have been more competition for Josh Lucas. :)
Top guy...yes. All that driving and dreaming? All those movies in the hotel?
Sigh.
Traveling can be nice on the libido.
Wow -- a threesome. Wish MY Saturday night had been that great! LOL
That man candy will help me finish the last of these revisions (please please please say it's true!) I'm determined to send them off today. I don't want the hotties to feel slighted because of a lack of my attention. :)
This sounds like a VERY good night! :) I love all three. Josh Lucas in Sweet Home Alabama is just fantastic. Tooo cute.
Happy Easter everyone who celebrates.
Hells, I got moderated. *pout pout*
Hells - I should have remembered during the week. But there was the "I have to drive my life away!" distraction. LOL! And the writing, which I need to get back to today. After I take a shower. *tries not to breath in too deeply*
Janga - Dempsey is actually the stand in for my current hero, Nate. He's not exactly him, but very close. Nate is just a little bigger.
And I'm a Matthew as Darcy girl. :)
Chance - These movies were actually at home. LOL! I did listen to an audiobook while I was driving and for the first time ever, didn't really like the hero. And on hot scenes. I decided the narrator person was the problem so stopped listening and decided to read the rest of the book instead.
Donna - Take all the inspiration you need. You can get those revision done today! And think of the threesome waiting for you when they're done. ;)
Marn - I have no idea what happened but I fixed it. Maybe since it says Marnee instead of Marnee Jo it didn't recognize you. LOL! We need to losen up the bouncer at the gangplank. Sheesh.
And Josh is too fricking hot in that movie. He changes that shirt and his jeans are riding low and I have no idea how Reese keeps from jumping his bones.
Bo'sun, I'm definitely inspired! Although now I'm a little bit distracted after talking about Josh, and his jeans riding low. . .I had to go see if Netflix had it available to "watch instantly". LOL Unfortunately the answer is No. Waaaah!
Okay, going back to the revisions. I've fallen in love with the word highlighting feature. LOL Makes it so much easier to find the words I use over and over.
Donna - Least favorite part of revisions...the highlighting overused words feature. I know it's important, but gag! I feel like I'm getting nowhere for wa-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-a-aaaaaaaay too long!
Donna - I'm sure it'll be on TV again soon. Probably even today somewhere. LOL! Though the cursing is better when not edited for TV.
Chance - Every changed/revised word is progress. You're always getting somewhere!
I promise to do better next week. This really was a last minute blog and I really was switching between these 2 movies last night.
Chance, the GOOD part is that this means I'm near the finish line, which is such a relief. The BAD part is trying to find new ways to describe laughing, and grinning, and chuckling, and giggling. Gah!
Bo'sun, I actually don't have TV -- I watch everything on my laptop, including DVDs. So much easier, except for when I can't find something to gratify my need for instant satisfaction! LOL
Did she just say she doesn't own a TV?
I feel faint...
Donna? You live in Santa Cruz? I swear, I hear that way too often from people. "Oh, I don't watch tv. I don't even own one."
Living in denial... ;-)
LOL, Bo'sun -- I own a TV. I just don't use it anymore. :) The few shows I want to watch are on the network websites, or Hulu. And Netflix has tons of movies I can watch either on DVD, or streaming. Of course, if my laptop goes down, I'm in a world of hurt. LOL
Chance, I'm an East Coast girl. For now. Who knows what's next? LOL
In all honestly, I couldn't give up the TV and use the laptop, because I'd miss the channel surfing. My remote and I are very close.
BUT, bills get tighter? It may come to having to eliminate the cable. *GASP* I don't even want to think about it.
Too funny... I channel surfed last night and happened upon Pride and the Prejudice. A man in a caravat gets me every time. The network totally ticked me off, because they cut the last scene on the terrace which happens to my fav part of the movie. I was a Debbie Downer, and cursed at the TV.
Now if I could catch Sweet Alabama with a little channel surfing I would be a happy girl. Josh gets me every time. I have to say I love being at one with the remote as well. But most of the time I long for it from afar.
Lisa - They cut a bunch of tiny bits out of that movie last night. I prefer to watch in on the Oxygen network, where they leave it intact.
WTH? I never watch E, so I'll have to keep that in mind:)
