Hotties of the Week - Going Country
Tonight is a big night in Country music. The Academy of Country Music awards happen live tonight from Las Vegas. I realize not all of you are fans of this kind of music the way I am, but you don’t have to like twang in your two-step to appreciate these fine, musical hotties.
We have Mr. Rough & Ready himself, Trace Adkins. At 6’ 6”, this former oil rig worker is one tall glass of water with pipes that will not only melt your pirate panties into a puddle but have you throwing what’s left of them at his feet.
Then we have the hottest example of a Real Good Man. He may be Mr. Faith Hill and a former “father of the year” award winner, but that doesn’t mean we can’t drool over the best buns this side of the sun.
And we can’t leave out the bad boy surfer from the west coast. Between the tats and the gravel and blues in his voice, Gary Allan IS the bad boy we all dream about. A broken heart, a wicked smile, and no-apologies gypsy soul, this guy can park his bike in my garage Today or any other day.

*screaming for Gary Allan* Man, do I ever want to see that man in concert--and I don't even like concerts! I have like all his CDs though (or most)--his voice is the bomb. You know how you have those celebrity booty lists, so if you run into them, your significant other cannot be mad if you had wild sex with them in your car...or wherever...? Yeah, Gary Allan is on my list.
I also would like to add Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, and George Strait (who's like Harrison Ford--he's older, but he's still fine.)
I have to say: I am not looking forward to FOLLOWING this month. *sighs* I'm not good at finding hotties, nor being clever about it. Look how she worked in songs into the sentences. Terri, can't you just take my month? Please?

I thought about Hellie as soon as I saw Gary Allan's picture. I could hear her virtual screams. :)
And as much as I hate to agee with a criticism of Tim McGraw, Chance is right. That pic is enough to frighten every man who has ever used TM's cologne. lol
You included most of my faves last time, Ter--George Strait, who is aging so well and still has that heart-melting smile; Brad Paisley, the perfect beta; Keith Urban, the sexiest man in country music IMO. I'm a big Alan Jackson fan too, but it's not his looks that are the big attraction. And I like Josh Turner more and more--another beta, I believe.
Oh, I forgot to say I agree with Hellion about your excellence at this too, Ter. I loved the incorporation of the titles in your comments.
I haven't listened to country music for a long time, so I know nothing about Gary Allan -- I checked out the video, and I think I'm calling dibs on his guitar player instead! LOL
And the Tim McGraw pic was fine until Chance pointed out what I should have seen the first time! LOL
Alright now, I could not include every hottie in the genre. Don't start that stuff again. LOL! And the only reason this is a little more clever is because I remembered Friday night instead of Saturday night. :)

Donna - There's another Gary video where the guitar player is in a kilt. I cannot resist a guy rocking out on a guitar in a kilt.
Oh, and nope, you're on your own in May. :) I don't trust my memory to kick in a day early for much longer.
Well, I KNEW they were pecs. But in that shot, at that angle...they look like boobs.
I listened to one and three, the second song came on too loud and for some reason I couldn't turn it down. Really sweet story in "Today" ... and I liked the ponytail in Rough and Ready.
If I listen to any country, it's some cross-over into bluegrass/folk. Greg Brown comes to mind...that sort of storyteller.
You'll be missed, Bo'sun. Hel's just gonna give us Johnny. Which is pretty cool actually... ;) No complaints!

The kilt-rocker was cool, but my eyes keep straying to the OTHER guitarist -- the moody-looking one. LOL
The shower scene was pretty short -- so Hellie didn't get to scream for very long I'm guessing! :) Your ears are safe now, Bo'sun!
These country music gents are pretty good looking. I saw Tim McGraw in concert five years ago or so. Our seats were sort of behind him, off to the side a little and my girlfriend and I were disappointed. Until he came out. And we realized we had quite the view.
That man does look nice from behind.

That shower scene was disrupted by the blonde strumpet blocking the shower. And she's standing around in her underwear. Ugh. I prefer when he makes his videos with brunettes.
But I do enjoy the song Learning How to Bend. I just won't the video for it.
Heya, Brenda! Thanks for stopping by. He's just delicious, isn't he? He's coming in concert this summer on the same night my kiddo graduates from 5th grade. (Don't ask, I don't understand it either.)
I'm trying to figure out how we can do both events.
